A day after overseeing the smooth transfer of power to ‘Edappadi’ K Palanisamy, Governor in-charge Ch Vidyasagar Rao left Chennai on Sunday.
Sources said three MPs from the DMK, T K S Elangovan, Tiruchy R Siva and R S Bharathi, met the governor and submitted a memorandum on behalf of the leader of the opposition M K Stalin.
