Q: In order to save from acrimonious debate on Jayalalitha's report TN govt had publicised her medical report to stop the murmurs.Still, I am of the opinion the govt should have also released the video clipping of JJ from Poes to Apollo, why the govt has not done. Now the report has raised many more questions than answers. What do you say?

A: You may have a point. But health details of any person are never made public unless it is ordered by the Court or demanded by inheritors. Both are missing in this case. Let her now rest in peace.

Q: Now that the Supreme Court said it won't accept dropping of charges against BJP/RSS leaders involved in Babri Masjid demolition , can we expect the same gesture from the highest court in Acquittal of Amit Shah and Clean chit to Modi in 2002 Gujarat massacre where Kodnani, Bajrangi were convicted?

A: I think those who went to SC against Shah and Modi haven't been able to put up a credible case so far. I am sure SC will do justice if it finds any merit. It doesn't give verdicts according to the wishes of any individual.

Q: If PM Modi does intensive Election campaign in Varanasi, the Opposition accuses him of bringing down the stature of Post of PM, if PM Modi on the other hand does not campaign in Varanasi, the Opposition will accuse him of being arrogant that he has neglected his LS Constituency. The Opposition one point agenda is to blast PM Modi either way and demonise him to gain publicity. Don't you think that Opposition's negative campaign against PM Modi will boomerang on them as it had happened in demonetisation issue as people supported PM Modi over his demonetization despite severe hardships?

A: Why are you surprised or angry? Opposition doesn't have a leader who can match Modi's popularity and credibility. It would like to demolish his image by attacking his each and every move.

Q: If Sasikala is disqualified by EC all her appointments will also null and void. In that case the JJ's appoinment will be back, and OPS will again be CM. Am I correct sir?

A: No. Only a person who enjoys the confidence of majority of the members of an assembly becomes a Chief Minister. His survival doesn't depend in what happens to the organisation. But AIADMK would have to elect new office bearers as per its Constitution and OPS can contest an election.

A: None of us except the Courts or the Government has the power to declare any outfit a terror organisation.
