Parallel alliance to UPA would akin to strengthening fascist forces, Shiv Sena snubs Mamata 

TMC chief Mamata Banerjee recently visited Mumbai in hopes of creating a parallel alliance to UPA where she made an obscure statement that 'there is no UPA now'.
