Pommello kaffir lime salad

● Pommello: peeled and shredded, 2 large
● Water cress: 1 cup shredded
● Kaffir lime leaves: 4-5 
● Lemon juice: 3 tbsp
● Brown sugar: 2 tsp
● Salt to taste
● Honey: 1-1/2 tbsp
● Peanuts: 2 tbsp
● Carrots: 1 julliennes
● Mustard powder: 1 tsp
● Red chili powder: 1 tsp

● In a bowl mix pommello with shredded watercress, peanuts and carrots
● In a separate blender, mix the seasoning with lemon juice and kaffir lime leaves and blend well 
● Pour the dressing on the salad mix and refrigerate 
● Serve chilled
