Director Srinu Vaitla, who is hoping to register a hit and revive his career yet again, has pinned all his hopes on his upcoming film Mister, which has Varun Tej in the lead.

The film has currently completed shooting and is in the post-production stage. On the occasion of Holi, the producers shared that the film will release in theatres on April 14.

“With the exception of two songs, the entire shooting for the film has been completed. I’m extremely pleased with the output so far. The emotions, visuals, music and comic elements have come out really well. Since it’s a travel film, we have shot the film in many exciting locations.

A majority of the shoot was held in Spain. In India too, we shot in places like Mangalore and Ooty,” Vaitla said.

Produced by Nallamalapu Bujji, Mister features Lavanya Tripathi and Hebah Patel as female leads.
