Hinkal Lake may get a park

d Hinkal Lake may get a park EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE @Mysuru The district administration is planning to construct a park with play area near Hinkal lake, if it gets more funds through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). On Monday, Deputy Commissioner D Randeep revealed this after inspecting this lake situated near Ring Road. He said two years ago this lake was in a bad shape. Rs 1.36 crore fund was released and various development works has been done here. All the works are at the finishing stage, contractors have been given directions to finish the remaining works at the earliest. DC has also given directions to develop a walking lane around the lake and he said another Rs 15 lakh will be released for the development of the lake.
