Home food pulihora rice also known as Puliyogare or simply Tamarind Rice and Kanchipuram Idli or the Kovil Idli is the traditional prasadam offered in the Varadharaja Perumal Temple at Kancheepuram, prepared by my grandmother back home in Tamil Nadu. 

Favourite comfort food Any dish from the South Indian cuisine, it’s closer to heart and home.
