On ‘course’ to make strong leaders

A programme started by civic organisation B.PAC trains people in sensible community leadership and governance

BENGALURU:Communities require strong civic leaders who can rise above the status quo and initiate changes that benefit all. However, many passionatly civic-minded people have not been able to realize their potential as leaders because of unhealthy competition and the lack of guidance.

Worry not! A graduation programme started by a city organization  helps you enhance your leadership abilities and make you a more effective civic worker.  
The B.PAC Civic Leadership Incubator Programme (B.CLIP) is the flagship programme of B.PAC (Bangalore Political Action Committee) to encourage passionate and concerned citizens enter public service and create a new cadre of civic leaders.
They will be trained to start grassroot-level  projects, which can be scaled up for transformative change through good governance.

Students say they have learnt to think bigger, beyond their immediate neighbourhood and politics.
